Miner: 2 eggs with bacon, sausage or ham with toast.
Roadhouse: 2 eggs with bacon, sausage or ham, hashbrowns and toast.
Prospector Omelet: 3 egg omelet with hashbrowns and toast, two ingredients.
Musher's Omelet: 3 egg omelet with hashbrowns, toast, all ingredients, sour cream and salsa.
Trapper's Pancake Platter: 2 pancakes with 2 eggs, sausage, bacon or ham

Lunch (served from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm)
All sandwiches served with choice of fries or potato salad

The Roadhouse Burger: ¼ lb. beef, lettuce, onion and tomato  (bacon or cheese extra)
The Manley Burger: ½ lb. beef, lettuce, onion and tomato (bacon or cheese extra)
Gold Dredge Dip: 4 oz. tender roast beef on a hoagie roll with au jus.
The Gold Rush: halibut strips lightly breaded and deep fried.
Sourdough Sam: beef patty on sourdough bread with Swiss cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms.
Deli Sandwiches: 4 oz ham, turkey or roast beef with chips or fries (cheese extra)
